This is a beautiful, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. My family and I spent a week there and enjoyed every minute. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The beds were comfortable and the towels were very luxurious. I would not hesitate to rent this house in the future. It was great!!

Wow, what a showpiece! This house is so beautiful and really does have it all. We stayed at John’s home for a family gathering with members of ages from 12 to 72. It was so wonderful that everyone could fit under one roof and that there were enjoyable activities in the home, which meant that staying in was still fun! The swim spa, skee ball, foosball, billiards, board games were enjoyed by all. Truly an excellent experience and John could not be a better host.

Such a great host, so accommodating and wanting to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. I had a destination wedding in CO and we used the Airbnb to have our close family/friends come to afterwards for a reception and the host was so nice to let us do that! 10/10 recommend. All of my friends and family loved the place and there’s so much space to be comfortable.

The home was perfect for our large family gathering. This home has a great living, dining, kitchen space for everyone to gather in. Most homes can sleep a lot, but don't have any great space for everyone to hang out...that is not the case here! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other's company. The game room was awesome and the home is just as beautiful as the photos. We cooked our dinners in the large chef kitchen and had everything we needed. We will definitely hold our next family gathering here.

Gorgeous home. Huge, immaculate. Great layout for larger groups or families - bedrooms are upstairs or in the basement, giving lots of privacy and space to spread out. The swim spa was great. John was very responsive. Great all around!

While selling our home we decided to rent this home for an extended weekend. It was so great to have a home base while showings were taking place at our home. This house has it all!! The kids enjoyed the swim spa and the game area. Our dogs loved the neighborhood walks. The kitchen is a dream to cook in! Fantastic experience at this beautiful home in Arvada.

This beautiful home met all of our needs as we stayed there for five weeks. We were victims of the Marshall Fire and were so relieved to have a safe, comfortable home to stay in as we were displaced from our own home. The open floor plan and beautiful kitchen gave us plenty of room for gathering with our family. We had four members of our family of 6 who needed to work and there was plenty of private space to make that happen. Parking was easy and a long driveway gave ample space for several vehicles. The perks of having a swim/large hot tub pool and the basement pool table and games helped us de-stress and have fun! The home is decorated up-scale and the beds are comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend this home for families or for several couples who would love to get away, short term or long!

The place was great- brand new everything, very clean and beautifully decorated . The beds were comfortable and it was well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. kitchen is well equipped. It's easy enough to get to, and close (half a mile away) from a few strip malls with restaurants and groceries. The game room downstairs was fun for the kids. We noticed a few missing essential items and the host brought them by right away! Very kind and responsive.

Beautiful home not too far from downtown Denver and a short drive to many of the popular ski areas. Our kids loved the game room and there was plenty of space for our family. Another big plus was the use of the garage, which kept our car inside and away from the cold of the season. We would highly recommend this house.
